1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of RR Flooring LLC ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Service Description

RR Flooring LLC provides professional floor installation, bathroom remodeling and related services in the Pensacola, Florida area.

3. Booking and Cancellations

To book our services, a 30% deposit of the total estimated cost is required. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a 15% cancellation fee of the estimated quote.

4. Payments and Billing

Payments can be made by cash, check or bank transfer. Full payment is required upon completion of services, unless a different payment plan is agreed upon in writing.

5. Warranties

We offer a 1-year workmanship warranty on all our services. Materials may be covered by manufacturer warranties, which vary by product.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

• Providing adequate access to the work area
• Removing furniture and personal items before installation
• Disclosing any special conditions (uneven floors, moisture, etc.)

7. Limitation of Liability

RR Flooring LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately after being posted on this page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
